Replenishment insights
Truck tracking and fulfillment visibility in one web app.
The problem
No single place to check on things.
5,000+stores whose replenishment the teams track
Walmart and Sam's Club fulfillment teams were working out of an older system that had outgrown what they needed. Information about truck status, order exceptions, and stock levels lived in different places, so there was no single hub to check the state of things. Teams had to piece together a picture from multiple sources instead of having one place to look.
What I built
Three features that cut out the hunting.
3features shipped inside a larger internal tool
A set of features inside Replenishment Insights, an internal tool for Walmart and Sam's Club fulfillment teams.
The order search pages let users find and track product orders quickly across a large database, replacing the need to dig through separate systems.
The bookmark feature let each user save the orders and items they needed to keep an eye on, so the tool felt personal rather than generic.
The exception reports surfaced flagged orders (blocked replenishments, overdue POs, and similar) in one place, giving teams visibility into what needed attention without having to hunt for it.
How I approached it
Built to the design team’s specs.
The design team handed over Figma specs, and I built each feature to them in turn: order search tuned to stay fast on a very large database, then bookmarks, then exception reports. All three shipped into the larger Replenishment Insights tool.

- 02Order searchFast queries on massive data
- 03BookmarksSave and revisit orders
- 04Exception reportsFlag and surface exceptions

The outcome
One hub instead of several tools.
Buyers, logistics teams, and store ops across Walmart and Sam's Club gained a single place to check on trucks, orders, and exceptions instead of working across disconnected tools. The features I built were part of a broader migration away from an older system, giving fulfillment teams the centralized, modern tooling they didn't have before.

Answers spread across too many tools?
If your team pieces the picture together from several systems every day, I can bring it into one place.
