Terms of use
The ground rules for using this website. Short and plain, like everything else here.
What these cover
These terms cover your use of studioeaden.com, which is run by Tea Abuselidze as Studio Eaden. By using the site, you agree to them. They don't cover client projects: when we work together, we sign a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs the work.
Nothing here is an offer
Service descriptions, timelines, and results from past projects are general information, not a quote or a promise. Every project gets its own fixed quote and a written agreement before any work starts.
The content on this site
The writing, design, illustrations, and logo on this site belong to Studio Eaden. You're welcome to read it, link to it, and quote small parts with credit. Please don't copy the site or reuse its content or branding as your own.
Names, products, and screenshots of other companies that appear in case studies belong to their owners.
Using the forms
Please use the contact and signup forms only for genuine messages. Don't use them to send spam, harmful code, or anything unlawful. How I handle what you send is covered in the Privacy page.
Links to other sites
This site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Dribbble, and articles about me. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No guarantees
I work to keep this site accurate and running, but it's provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may sometimes be unavailable or out of date. To the extent the law allows, Studio Eaden isn't liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on what it says.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
Changes and questions
If these terms change, I'll update this page and the date below. Questions go to tea@studioeaden.com.
